Generation of hematopoietic cells from multipotent neural stem cells

Abstract

(57) By putting summary neural stem cell (MNSC) posterity on hematogenous guidance environment, neural stem cell posterity is guided so that the cell of a hematopoietic system may be generated. The hematogenous guidance environment can be エキソビボ or in vivo either. The mammalian circulatory system offers the in vivo environment which can be guided so that different species and the hematogenous cell with which it was of the same kind, or private MNSC posterity was complemented completely may be generated. MNSC posterity's transplant offers the marrow for treating a blood related obstacle, and substitution of a transplant of a hematopoietic stem cell.
