Implantable medical device with anchoring members

An apparatus comprising: a catheter having a body and a distal end thereof, the catheter including an implantable medical sensor (50) for detecting and measuring a parameter distance within the body of a patient; a housing having a proximal end and an end distance and having a longitudinal axis and a deformable membrane (56) fixed at one end of the housing, being movable membrane (56) of a deformable manner: the sensor (50) comprising in direct correspondence with a change in a measured within the body of a patient parameter; a microchip (80) positioned within the housing and in operative communication with the membrane (56) for transmitting a signal indicative of the parameter, wherein the signal is a digital signal, the microchip (90) comprising a series (92) photocells (95); an LED (100) for transmitting light at the photoelectric cells (95); a slider (62) connected to the membrane (56) and moveable between the photoelectric cells (95) and the LED (100) in response to deforming of the membrane (56); a first set of anchoring members operatively connected to the proximal end of the housing; a second set of anchoring members operatively connected to the distal end of the housing; and the first set of anchoring members and the second set of anchoring members are movable between a folded position and a deployed position, the deployed position as a position being defined in which the first set of anchoring members and the second set of anchoring members are substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the housing and the deployed position is defined as a position where the first set of anchoring members and the second set of anchoring members are substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the housing, and wherein each anchoring member of the first set of anchoring members and the second set of members anclajecomprenden a ring member (65, 69, 71), each ring member (65, 69, 71) an area of coupling the tissue.
