Abstract

(57) Summary surgery access equipment is equipped with the introductory vessel (100) which has the main endoscope channel, a reserve, or the second instrument channel. In order to stop the size of an opening required in order to obtain access to a patient's body, or other advancing points to the minimum, an introductory vessel shows very thin cross section form, it suppresses the pain for a patient, and displeasure to the minimum, and a broad kind of the endoscope technique enables it to perform it on the basis of visitors by it. At the time of introduction, the thin cross-sectional form of an introductory vessel is maintained by the guidance channel (118) which may be stored by the first position so that the cross-sectional form of an introductory vessel may be suited closely. In order to maintain the position stored at the time of introduction, a guidance channel is operated orthopedically, but after introduction, plastic surgery of a guidance channel is easily releasable, in order to develop a guidance channel and to enable insertion of the second surgery instrument. In order to guarantee an exact motion of an instrument in a desired end position, it can have a guidance channel in a rail or other orbits. Although a guidance channel is thin, it consists of very strong non-従動性 film materials. The present invention contains the composition and the directions for this surgery access equipment further.
