The invention relates to a compared to the chassis frame cushioned cab
Nutzkraftwagens, in which on opposite longitudinal sides of the vehicle between the chassis frame and
Cab arranged spring or guide elements formed by a particular as a torsion bar
Anti-roll bar are connected, the front end of the cab is supported on both sides by a flexible spring and the rear end on both sides yielding.
Cabs are already apparent from previous publications, in which arranged between the chassis frame and the cab spring or guide elements are connected by a running in the vehicle transverse direction torsion bar. In both cases, there are tiltable cabs, in which the torsion bar is clamped centrally in order to bring about a reduction in tipping forces during the tipping process.
Such a arranged torsion bar is not suitable to be able to encounter the occurring in today's, to increase the ride comfort soft sprung cabs during cornering and driving in rough terrain strong banks.
The invention therefore an object of the invention by simple measures to further improve ride comfort and to avoid too strong crossings without such great constructive and constructive effort in such a soft sprung cab.
It is therefore a compared to the chassis frame cushioned cab of a utility vehicle, arranged on opposite longitudinal sides of the vehicle between the chassis frame and cab spring or guide elements are connected by a particular designed as a torsion bar stabilizer, the front end of the cab on both sides by a Biegefeder and the rear end is resiliently supported, proposed in which according to the invention, the bending springs are formed approximately hairpin-shaped and are provided as guide elements in a conventional manner on each side two trailing arms, the two trailing arms one side are connected at one end scissor-like hinged together and their other ends on the cab or are hinged to the chassis frame and wherein further extending in the vehicle transverse direction torsion bar is firmly clamped at both ends respectively at the lower or upper trailing arm.
Be i a preferred embodiment of the invention, a shock absorber can be arranged in the known manner on each vehicle longitudinal side in the region of the front suspension between the cab and the chassis frame.
The object of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. In the drawings Fig.l show a front view of a cab according to the invention, wherein the front end wall thereof is only indicated, and Figure 2 is a side view of the cab, the lateral outer skin is only indicated.
The cab -1 - of the truck shown is at the front on two approximately hairpin-shaped
Springs -2- stored. These springs -2- are pivotally mounted on the top of the cab -1 - and below in pivot bearings -3- in pivot bearing blocks - 4-. The pivot bearing blocks -4- are on
Chassis frame -5- attached. The suspension is additionally equipped with two shock absorbers -6-.
To guide the cab -1- trailing arm -7 and 8- are provided, which are hinged together at -9-. Between the two lower trailing arms -8- extends acting as a stabilizer bar torsion bar -10-, which is connected at its two ends rigidly with the trailing arms -8-.
The arrangement according to the invention can be used for both fixed and tiltable cabs.
