Nr.302837
The invention relates to a bottle closure made of plastic, with a closure cap, which has a designated for taking under a bottle opening on the bottle lip inner bead and a Abdrücknase, and with a connected to the lower edge of the cap, tear-off tamper evident at a distance from the guarantee band has extending and held in its free part by means of a rupturable web handle.
From the Austrian Pat. No. 286,806 a bottle closure of the type mentioned is known. In this bottle cap, the handle ends close to the Abdrücknase. This is the one hand, the Abdrückfläche the Abdrücknase free and on the other hand, there is a gap between the Abdrücknase and the end of the handle. This leads to two crucial disadvantages. It has been found that a bottle closure of the known type can be easily pushed off the Abdrücknase of the bottle without the guarantee strip undergoes the slightest damage. Such a bottle closure can then be pressed onto the bottle again, without the opening process on the bottle cap or the guarantee strip is identified. The second drawback is that this relatively small gap between the Abdrücknase and the end of the handle can cause home sorting of the bottle caps catch this. In the embodiment of the bottle closure shown in the drawings of the patent, for example, the Abdrücknase or a portion of the handle of a bottle closure can be clamped in the gap between the nose and the handle of another bottle closure.
The object underlying the invention is primarily to provide a bottle cap, which provides a proper guarantee function against unauthorized opening, and in which moreover a snagging bottle caps during sorting and placing such bottle caps is avoided on bottles.
In the case of the bottle cap mentioned above, this object is achieved in that the handle is arranged directly on the Abdrücknase and connected via at least one rupturable web with the Abdrücknase.
The inventive design of the bottle closure grants a full warranty function of the bottle cap. Characterized in that the handle of the guarantee strip is disposed directly on the Abdrücknase and connected thereto via at least one rupturable web, the Abdrücknase is no longer accessible without tearing off of the handle. If an unauthorized person still tries to open the bottle cap without tearing off the guarantee band by pressing on the Abdrücknase, so he can do so only on the handle. Since considerable forces are necessary for pressing the intact bottle closure, this would lead to the Ahreissen the handle of the Abdrücknase. This would reveal an unauthorized actuation of the bottle cap. On the other hand, the attempt of unauthorized opening is also made more difficult by the fact that the edges of the handle initially dig in painfully into the body part, with which an opening of the bottle cap should be tried. With the bottle closure according to the invention thus for the first time a secure guarantee closure has been created.
Due to the immediate arrangement of the handle below the Abdrücknase also columns forming projections are avoided, which could lead to a snagging the same sorting and placing the bottle caps.
The handle can now be connected to the Abdrücknase via a single web, which may be formed, for example, as a running over the entire length of the handle skin. While a short bar represents a possibly too low connection, over the entire grip running skin can form a too strong bond. It is therefore expedient if the handle is connected via several rupturable webs with the Abdrücknase. As a result, the overall attachment of the handle can make sufficiently stable and it is still possible that at a partially larger load of the handle, as would be possible home unauthorized impressions of the intact bottle closure, a lighter tearing of the handle connection takes place with the Abdrücknase.
It is particularly useful if the handle is located at the front edge of the Abdrücknase, as this, apart from manufacturing advantages, optimal protection of Abdrücknase against unauthorized operation conditions. In particular, if, which is preferable, the handle extends over the entire length of the Abdrücknase remains no outwardly projecting part of the Abdrücknase that would allow a point of attack for unauthorized operation.
It is particularly useful if the handle is jagged at its Abdrücknase facing away from the edges. In an attempt to squeeze the cap over the handle, then the serrated edges cut sharper in the body part, with the unauthorized removal of the intact bottle cap is tried, and thus prevent the continuation of the experiment.
In the following, the bottle closure according to the invention with reference to the drawings
Embodiments explained. FIG. 1 shows the bottle cap placed on a bottle, in an oblique view; FIG.

Represent closure; Figure 4 shows a detail of Figure 3 on a larger scale than this, and Figure 5 an axial
Section through a similar bottle cap, which is loosely placed on a bottle.
In Fig.l attached to a bottle -22- bottle closure -1- is shown in the overview image; it consists of the closure cap -2- and at the bottom of the same tear-away fastened security tape -3-. On the closure cap -2- the Abdriicknase -4- is arranged laterally. The safety belt -3- overflows into the pull tab -5-, which is connected with its upper inner edge at several points easily releasably connected to the lower edge of the Abdrücknase lower.
When the bottle -22- is to be opened, the left-hand end of the tab -5- is lifted off and the tab is torn off by the push-off nose -4- and the safety strap -3- is removed from the circumference of the neck of the bottle and from the closure cap - 2- separated. It can be pressed down by pressing the Abdrücknase from below the cap from the bottle.
2 and 3, the cover part -14- of the cap -2- is flat in its outer, annular part only, while the circular central part -17- is curved inwards. The side wall of the cap -1- is provided with an all-round Innenwulst -10-, which engages under the bottle lip and thus holds the cap on the bottle.
The lid portion -14- of the cap is further provided with an inwardly directed annular male portion -15- with a circumferential outer bead -16-, whereby the seal and the adhesion of the cap to the bottle is enhanced, since the bead -16- sized is that it is pressed after insertion from the inside against the mouth of the bottle. The male part -15- comprises the concave central part -17 - of the lid part. The middle piece - 17 - goes over a support edge - 20--, the top of a
Tilt angle of about 35 to 55 °, for example 45 °, to the central axis of the cap forms in the planar part of the cover part -14- over. As a result, the concave center piece with its peripheral edge -18- (Figure 3) sunk to the insertion part -15- arranged. On the outer circumference of the male part, immediately below the flat part of the lid part, there is an annular constriction 19, which comprises the edge of the central part 17.
The central part of the middle piece -17- is lens-shaped reinforced, as is apparent from Figures 3 and 5.
By this design of the cap -2- it is achieved that the cap can withstand a high internal pressure, without leaking and detach from the bottle. At a strong internal pressure occurring the middle piece -17- is flattened (Figure 3 right) and transmits radially outward forces on the annular support wall -20- and on the male part -15-. Thus, the Außenwulst -16- of the Emsteckteils is firmly pressed against the inside of the bottle mouth, as can be seen in the right half of Figure 3, whereby the tightness of the closure and also its liability to the bottle can be increased.
The peripheral wall of the cap -2- is externally provided with axial grooves -8-. The safety band -3-, as can be seen in Figures 3 and 4, connected via a relatively thin intermediate piece -21- with the lower edge of the cap -2-, so that it can be relatively easily demolished.
As can be seen in particular from Figure 3, the security band -3- is provided on its inside with axial ribs -7-, so that when the bottle cap is put on a free space on the inside of the band. This free space widens towards the top, ie toward the edge of the cap -2-, since the security band -3- on its inside along its upper edge has a bevel -11-, which merges into the inside of the intermediate piece -21-.
The depth of said grooves -8- is dimensioned so that between the lower edge of the cap -2- and the adjacent edge of the security tape -3- openings -6-, s.insbesondere Fig.4, arise. These openings make it possible to rinse the bottle cap after filling the bottle and the attachment of the closure to remove on the inside of the security tape -3- about existing residues of the contents. In addition, through the free passageways, which are present between the ribs -7-, and the openings -6- allows a flow of air, so that in the presence of residues of the filling mold is avoided.
Fig.5 shows a similar bottle closure as Fig.l to 4, which is loosely placed on a bottle in so-called sluggish acquisition of the filled bottles. the rib -7- causes a pre-clipping of the closure. It can be seen that the lower, reinforced in the radial direction ends of the ribs -7- engage behind the lip -23- of the bottle, so that the closure is thereby clamped to the mouth of the bottle. In the final machine closure, the closure is pressed by a stamp in a position corresponding to the right half of Figure 3 on the bottle.
The arranged on the side of the cap -2- Abdriicknase -4- has a flat portion -24-, which is arranged horizontally to the side wall.
At the bottom of the part -24- a corrugation is preferably provided for easier lifting.
The Abdriicknase has lateral support parts -12-, which facilitate sealing the bottle by means of the cap -2- after opening the safety closure.
The tear-off tab -5- largely shields the lid -4- downwards. With this the following is achieved:
— 4 —
Nr.302837
The working strap -5- is fixed to the height of the push-out nose -4- and is easy to open at any time.
Radially arranged on the safety belt -3- sits the tear -5-, which is preferably in the immediate vicinity of the Abdrücknase - 4- with the security band -3- in communication. The
Tear tab -5- overlaps on the one hand the security band -3- in their own length; but it is so arranged so that the upper edge of the tear tab -5 - can be connected to the lower edge of Abdriicknase -4- preferably at several points by webs -13- · with relatively small cross-section, so that the tear-off easily The Abdriicknase can be demolished.
This preferred arrangement also prevents the loose bottle caps from becoming wedged into each other, which makes it easy to use this type of bottle closure on machine sorting and bottling plants.
The multiple point-to-point connection between the tear tab -5- with the push-nose -4- also makes it impossible to remove the cap -2- by hand, without the said connection is destroyed. By this training so a guarantee closure is created.
At the position and shape of Abdriicknase -4 - and the handle -5- are initially no special requirements bound, unless it is ensured that the handle disposed directly on the Abdriicknase and connected via at least one tearable ridge -13- with the Abdrücknase is. A simple and expedient training results when the Abdriicknase -4- has a flat lower Abdrückfläche lying in the plane defined by the lower edge of the cap -2- plane and when the handle -5- is arranged directly on this Abdrückfläche.
The bottle cap is preferably made of a thermoplastic material such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide and plasticized polyvinyl chloride.
