Abstract
Process for the preparation of soft iron pigments coated with metal oxide, platelet-shaped, characterized in that the substrates pigment flake shaped are obtained from powder reduced by forming carbonyl, especially grinding, and the oxide coating is consisting of one or more transparent or selectively absorbing metal oxides.
