Abstract
A dispenser (1) has a medium reservoir (7) and a thrust piston pump (8), the media inlet (3) pierces a closure (45) of the memory (7). Then can be discharged metered from the memory (7) by repeated strokes with the pump (8) medium. Until use, therefore, the medium remains hermetically sealed.
