Method and apparatus for orienting a surface

Abstract

The present invention offers the method and equipment which arrange the surface (30) to direction of a request. A movable component (10) is supported by a movable condition in a fixed component (40). Optical elements, such as a flat mirror (30), have adhered to the movable component. With 1 enforcement form, the radiation beam which enters into a mirror is scanned by the mirror in accordance with a single axis. With the 2nd enforcement form, a radiation beam is scanned in accordance with two axes which intersect perpendicularly mutually. The magnetic element (50) which has the N pole and the S pole has adhered to the movable component. If the stator element (70) of magnetic permeability is said in comparison with a movable component (10) and a magnetic element (50), it will be a state of rest and the stator element (70) will be arranged in the magnetic field of a magnetic element (50). Thereby, a stator element (70) and a magnetic element (50) generate magnetic-attraction power mutually, while it is mutual. A current coil (60) is wound around some stator elements (70), and the current driver (400) which drives current is formed in the current coil (60). The current guides electromagnetic field in a stator element (70). Thereby, the electromagnetic force which controls the motion of the surface (30) to a fixed element (40) acts on a magnetic element (50). It is possible to turn the source (502) of a radiation beam on the movable mirror surface (30), and to scan a beam by motion of a mirror so that a radiation beam may be advanced in the desired propagation direction.
