Silicon nanoparticle stimulated emission devices
Abstract
(57) Summary book invention relates to the silicon discharge equipment which exists by an elemental state. The silicon nanoparticle which exists by an elemental state is used for the equipment by the present invention as a substance in which a stimulated emission is generated. A silicon nanoparticle generating discharge efficiently and responding to excitation -- a gain -- the function as medium is achieved. The silicon nanoparticle of the present invention made into the size which does not exceed about 1 nm and about 2 nm is easy to be efficiency.
