Dispatch 20 generates the information on means of transportation 40, and the destination information which appoints at least one destination. Move unit 42 is provided with moving communication device 90 for receiving the destination information on means of transportation 40 generated by dispatch 20. Move unit 42 contains position determination receiver 80 for determining the position of a means of transportation again. Answering the position of the destination information received from dispatch 20, and a means of transportation, move unit 42 determines the estimated time of arrival of a means of transportation.
