Bulk gas built-in purifier with dual valve bulk container

An apparatus (10) for delivering a purified gaseous product, comprising: a container (12) substantially horizontal, that is adapted to contain a supply of a fluid, said container having a longitudinal substantially horizontal axis, at least one inner wall, first end, a second end opposite said first end, an opening adjacent said first end outlet, an inlet port spaced apart from said outlet and an open interior for containing said fluid between said at least one inner wall end and said first and second ends, at least part of said inner open a vapor space (18), a purifying medium (15) disposed on at least a portion of said elongated tube hollow (14) between said first port and said second orifice; a control means input (38) in fluid communication with said inlet port and adapted to supply said fluid to said inlet port; and control means output (36) in fluid communication with said outlet port and adapted to control delivery of said gaseous product from said outlet port, characterized in that an elongated hollow tube (14) is disposed in said open interior said horizontal container (12), said hollow elongated tube a first opening, a second opening spaced apart from said first opening, and an internal axis between the first and second holes, the first hole being said in fluid communication with said outlet state output and said second port in fluid communication with said vapor space (18), wherein a portion of said inner shaft adjacent said second hole is greater than zero degrees relative to said longitudinal axis substantially horizontal angle.
