Abstract

It is proposed a method and apparatus for metering a reducing agent, which is used to mass-controlled metering a reducing agent, in particular a urea or a urea-water solution for the aftertreatment of the exhaust gas of a diesel engine in particular. The device comprises a flow sensor for measuring the reducing agent mass flow into the catalyst assembly.
