(57) Summary book invention relates to the method of managing and monitoring access to a network server. Especially the method explained by the present invention contains the client versus server session in the Internet including a hypertext file. In a hypertext environment, a client observes the document transmitted by the contents server by the standard program known as a browser. Each hyper text document or a page includes the link to other hyper-text pages as which a user can choose crossing. If a user chooses the link led to an access control file, a server will leave the demand of a client to the 2nd server which determines whether a client has authorization or effective use qualification. As soon as there is such a check, the user can give a session identifier and it makes it possible to access a demand file like other arbitrary files which have it to a user in the present protection domain.
