This article provides (I) compound, where R1, RX, Ry, n and b, and y has the meaning given in this manual, the compound used as a competitive inhibitor of trypsin-like proteases such as Thrombin, particularly for the treatment of illness need to inhibit Thrombin (thrombosis) or used as anticoagulant.
