Personal monitoring system

System to monitor people, especially children and adults who need supervision, with a portable transmitter (1), a receiver (2) and a warning device (3) provided in the receiver as well as means by which authorizes the device of notice (3) to issue a warning signal when the distance between transmitter (1) and receiver (2) exceeds a particularly adjustable, characterized in default because in the case exceeded the preset distance a message is further sent to a network fixed or mobile phone, for example by SMS, or email to a computer.
