Double wall container

Container (1) for beverages or the like comprising a main body shaped inner cup includes a conical inner wall (3), a groove (4) forming a step which projects inwardly below the edge section top of the container wall (3), a flange knurling container out, defining the upper end of the section upper edge of the container, and the container bottom, further comprising a tapered outer margin (2) connected to section upper edge of the container and extending downwardly along the container wall (3) with a space between the outer edge (2) and the container wall (3), ending the outer margin in a flange bent inward bottom (5), characterized in that the outer margin (2) is shorter than the total height of the wall the container (3) and the flange bending margin inward (5) rests on the container wall (3) in a region located at a higher elevation than the container bottom, to provide a height difference between the height of the container bottom and the height of flange bent inward margin (5).
