Method for resetting an elektromechanical device for axial displacement

Abstract

A method for resetting an electro-mechanical axial setting device, particularly for friction couplings, wherein the axial setting device comprises: DOLLAR A two centered on a common axis adjusting rings, one of which is axially supported and the stored other axially displaceable and one of which is secured against rotation supported in a housing and others can be rotationally driven. The two adjusting rings have in each case on their mutually facing end surfaces to an equal plurality of circumferentially extending grooves. The grooves have increasing depth in each case in view of the end faces in the same circumferential direction. Each pair of grooves in the two adjusting rings take on a ball. The driven in rotation collar is drivingly coupled with an electric motor. The axially adjustable setting ring is loaded by pressure springs towards the axially supported setting ring. When applying a positive voltage to the electric motor (positive current flow), the axial setting device moves in an advancing position, when disconnecting the power from the electric motor (Stromlossetzen) the axial setting running back into a starting position.
