Quantitative detection of viruses by light scattering

Abstract

(57) The number of the viral particles in the sample by use of a summary light scattering detector, or measuring method of concentration. Since the virus sample containing an impurity including refining virus manufacture things or ultraviolet-rays 吸光 impurities, such as protein, is quantified, this method may be used. This method is useful because of a fixed quantity of the vaccine of the virus and virus base which can collapse the tumor cells for the virus for using for a gene therapy, and tumor cytolysis.
