Abstract

The present invention relates to a ventilated food storage container comprising a single body (12) consisting of a bottom wall (16) bounded by an outer edge and at least one side wall (18) extending upstream from an outer edge (20), and a cover (14), which is adapted to fit the upper flange (20) and is arranged on the base body (12), thereby delimiting the interior space of the container (10). The essence of the invention is that at least one vent hole is formed in the vicinity of the upper flange (20) of the base body (12) and is provided with means for sealing them selectively on the ventilation opening or the vent holes, for example on the sidewall (18) (28) are fitted with plugs. ŕ
