(57) Summary book invention relates to the new method of carrying out the sign of the biopolymers, such as protein, nucleic acid, lipid, carbohydrate, and a biodegradable plastic, in the living body using an isotope, especially a stable isotope. The present invention relates to use of chemistry autotrophic bacteria again, in order to carry out the sign of the biopolymer in the living body. In particular, the present invention relates to the method of carrying out a sign in combination with a sign in the living body especially a stable isotope C independent, and other isotopes using CO fixed bacteria, such as Ralstonia eutrophas and related methanogenic bacteria. Furthermore, the present invention relates to the use to the medical treatment and diagnosis of a biomolecule which carried out the sign by the isotope especially the use to a spectroscopic approach, and the use as a marker.
