Symbology scanning system for efficiently locating coded symbologies
Abstract
(57) Scanner which scans optically the coded symbol sign containing the signal-processing unit for pretreating the symbol symbol information by which the summary scan was carried out, and the hardware symbol symbol-rank arrangement unit. The analog signal related to the reflexibility of the portion from which the coded symbol sign differed is acquired, and it is changed into a digital gray stage. The portion of the analog signal corresponding to substrate reflection (absolute contrast) is removed, and the dynamic range which can use an analog-to-digital converter is used only for the information meaning portion (relative contrast) of a signal. All the decipherable information -- ultimate -- duality -- since it is coded by the-izing form, the information meaning portion of a signal is held. A hardware symbol symbol-rank arrangement unit pulls out the value from the input kind based on the width of the coded symbol symbol element in which each of it was detected including two or more shift registers. The value of the continuing input kind is compared with the value generated from the value of the front input kind. The size of the symbol symbol element in which a unit continues based on this comparison -- a front symbol symbol element and a ratio -- it determines whether be agreement or not. Two or more ratios -- when agreement is detected, there is existence of the position-code-ized symbol symbol pair elephant, and it meets -- it comes out.
