Platinum temperature sensor

Abstract

A platinum temperature sensor has a ceramic substrate on which a platinum thin-film resistor is applied. Via a connection layer, a Keramikabdeckschicht is so connected to the ceramic substrate, that the platinum thin-film resistor is encapsulated is sealed from the environment. In the manufacture of such a platinum temperature sensor can be applied as a tie layer, a ceramic green sheet, which is then subjected to application of pressure to a temperature treatment, so that the ceramic substrate and the Keramikabdeckschicht be connected.
