Record carrier with an electronic module

We will describe a semi-finished product, with an electronic module comprising an integrated circuit and a conductively connected to the circuit coil, which is arranged between two carrier layers, wherein the integrated circuit is arranged in a dedicated cavity of the two support layers. In order to achieve planar surfaces of the semifinished product, the remaining cavity between the carrier layers and the integrated circuit is filled with a filler material such that thereby in the region of the cavity plane surfaces of the semifinished product shown aligned with the surfaces of the carrier layers.
