Universal primer sequence for multiplex dna amplification

Abstract

(57) Summary book invention offers the primer which enables simultaneous amplification of the multiplex DNA target sequence which exists in one DNA sample. Furthermore, the method for detection of the target DNA arrangement by which a large number in one DNA sample were defined is offered. The method of the gene screening of a high throughput is also offered. Furthermore, in another mode, the present invention offers the single chain oligonucleotide DNA primer for amplification of the target DNA arrangement in compound polymerase chain reaction.
