Adaptive sports implement
Abstract
(57) Sporting gear (10) including the circuit (Fig. 3) attached to summary sheet-like an electronic operation element (22) like a piezo-electric ceramic material and this electronic operation element is offered. A circuit may be a shunt circuit (58), or when only changing the rigidity of sporting gear in order to compensate distortion detected in sporting gear or, it may include a process processing circuit like the amplification for affecting performance, and phase control. In the case of a skiing board (10), an electronic operation element is positioned in the high distortion domain of the base (R'), and applies a vibration suppression. An electronic operation element catches 1*5% of the strain energy of a skiing board. A high distortion domain is positioned by mapping experientially the distortion distribution which it is found out by modeling the mechanism of sporting gear, or is produced while using sporting gear. In the other sporting gear cases of the operation, an electronic operation element removes resonance, and the performance of sporting gear is fitted to a different situation, or the handling nature or comfortable nature of sporting gear is raised. There are the blow sporting gear which hits a ball during a play, for example, a golf club, (90), a racket (100) of tennis, etc. In other sporting gear cases of the operation. In the case of these cases of the operation, a distortion element changes the performance, the feel, or comfortable nature of sporting gear.
