Plastic syringe with overcap

The present invention relates to a pre-filled plastic syringe (1) with a movable plunger (3) on one end and an end closure chamber (2) sealed with a closure member (2) secured to the syringe (1) and a closure member (6). The cap (6) from a first position in which the detachable support element is intact can be moved to a position detached from the rest of the syringe (1) where it is connected to the closure means and by moving said closure from the syringe (1 ) and the contents of the syringe (1) are available for injection.
