(-- 57) summary -- the dispenser (Fig. 1. ) which consists of a container (10) of an effective substance, and glob excretory organs controlled to discharge a glob with a separate predetermined number of a substance from a discharge orifice (15) at the time of an operation for example, (14), such as a bubble jet and piezo-electric equipment, physiologically1). The excretory organ (14) can answer inhalation, can be operated with a pressure intensifier, and discharges a glob in the air style (A) which enters from a slot and is inhaled through a mouthpiece (5). In other cases of the operation (Fig. 5), the dispenser operates with a finger and is oriented by hand for partial application. The number and/or frequency of a glob which are discharged are controlled by a control circuit (16) in program, and, thereby, an average and the total dosage of a substance are determined.
