Intramedullary nail

(57) Summary book invention relates to the nail 10 in marrow for surgery for stabilizing the fracture part on 顆 of a femur, and 顆. This nail has the cross form structure of the locking bolts 21 and 26 which crossed aslant two so that each 顆 of a femur might be gripped with each bolt. Both 大腿骨顆 are stabilized by this means to a femur trunk. Each bolt is arranged so that the non-joint part principal part of each 顆 may be penetrated. Another holes 30 and 35 for inserting a proximal locking bolt so that a nail may be stabilized to a femur trunk punched beforehand are formed. This nail is inserted in an opposite direction into the marrow pipe of a femur from a peripheral end at the proximal end side. By using a temporary jig firmly attached to the peripheral end of the nail 11, insertion of a locking bolt can be made easy. The nail with which the peripheral part locking bolt was inserted is shown by the perspective diagram about the femur peripheral part of Fig. 1. The nail of the same structure can be used also to stabilization of the same fracture part of a humerus.
