Process and device for production of contact lenses

The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for the manufacture of shaped bodies - particularly contact lenses - of a suitable body for forming a bodily body, and a molded body according to the method, or the erectile or moldable body, eyptic lens and in particular stone contact lenses. The method comprises a pair of parts (1), the main body (15) of which determines the shape of the shaped body shape, introducing a quantity of material to be produced, which can be converted into light by means of an energy bulb or a light bulb. The two molds are spaced slightly from each other so as to form an annular gap between them, an annular gap (16) which is connected with the cavity (15) and which can be removed by excessive material. The cross-linking is changed by the input of the chosen energy drum. The energy intake is cured by means of a suitable masking mask spatially on the frst cavity (15) so that the material outside the furnace cavity is cross-linked. In this way, they get molded bodies that do not require mechanical ventilation and re-enable the tool. The procedure is suitable for the production of stone contact lenses, but not exclusively. The apparatus includes a tool (1). In tool (1) there is a cavity that defines the shape body shape to be produced. The tool is a crosslinkable material which is at odds with at least a part of the externally generated energy that causes material networking. The apparatus includes a single energy burst (2a) for the cross-generating energy, and means (2b) for providing the cross-generating energy to the tool, as well as means, which spraying the tool (1) with the cross-linking energy is splashed on the main cavity (15). ŕ
