Robust spectroscopic optical probe

Abstract

The present invention is a sealed spectroscopic optical probe having one end seal housing (101) and one end of housing (101) sealingly sealing lip (102); (105), a fiber optic channel for transmitting radiation to the chemical composition radiated from the radiation source to the spectrophotometer analysis, to the chemical composition radiated by the housing (101), and a peak (102) ending at the end surface (105) ) which is located at the end surface (105) of the housing (101), extending longitudinally from the irradiated chemical product, characterized in that the fiber optic channel and the fiber optic collecting channel are securely fastened and sealed to the tip (102) of the solder material device which, which surrounds the fiber optic excitation channel and the fiber optic collecting channel. The invention also relates to a method for the manufacture of a so-called spectroscopic optical probe having a liquid closure housing (101) made of metal, having a closure surface (105) having an end seal (102) ending one end of the housing (101), a radiation source to be irradiated and a radiation channel for transmitting radiation from the irradiated chemical to the sensor device, and each channel is made up of an optical fiber (103, 104) circumferentially extending along the housing (101) along the end surface (102) of the peak (102) , in which a cavity (106) is formed in the closing surface (105) of the tip (102), the cavity (106) is filled with molten metal solder, 104) is secured to the closure surface (105) of the tip (102), and finally the tip (102) is formed by an essentially continuous surface grinding and polishing to form an optically smooth closing surface (105).
