(57) [Abstract] A virtual reality picture creation system (10) enables a user to set a point, a passage, or its both up via this multi-dimension space supposing the multi-dimension space which has them, when they are provided with the static or dynamic characteristic for an actual object and phenomenon. A spectacle and a picture are displayed on the user expected that a device (10) is seen from a point, a passage, or its both via multi-dimension space. This spectacle and a picture are filtered via the user setting characteristic of preparing an actual phenomenon and object in a perspective diagram important for a user. This filtered spectacle and a picture show a user the spectacle of the actual imagination which exists in the inside of this multi-dimension space, and a picture, and the reality of imagination shows a user there the data which carries only an object especially important for a user, a spectacle and a picture, and a phenomenon.
