Abstract
Methods for producing spray dehydrated phenol-formaldehyde resins and products made from them. The method may include spray dehydrating an aerated liquid phenol formaldehyde resin containing approximately 0.02% by weight or more of a surfactant, based on a combined weight of the liquid phenol formaldehyde resin. and the surfactant, to produce a spray-dehydrated phenol-formaldehyde resin powder of the resol type.
