Alkylamido compounds and uses thereof

Claim 1: A compound of formula (1) wherein X is C1-3 alkylene, optionally substituted with one, two or three substituents selected from halogen or hydroxyl; R1 is selected from the group consisting of C1-6 alkyl, C3-5 cycloalkyl, C3-6 alkenyl, and C2-6 alkynyl; R2 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and C1-6 alkyl; R3 is independently selected, for each occurrence of the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 alkyl, cyano, C3-6 cycloalkyl, halogen, hydroxyl, and nitro; R4 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and C1-6 alkyl; R5 is hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl; or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts or N-oxides. Claim 11: A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or N-oxide thereof, according to any one of claims 1-10 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
