Abstract

A boxer type pre-disposed absorbent article having elastic and / or extensible components to provide a fit range percentage of at least about 33%, more desirably from about 80% to about 150%. The disposable absorbent article has pre-attached bras that allow for easy initial use of the article. After initial use of the item, a waist size adjustment element allows the waist circumference to be adjusted to adapt the waist opening to the user's waist.
